My AC stopped blowing air

Hello. My AC stopped blowing air. I could feel the air seeping slowly through the vents but the blower was not working. Did this happen to you? I turn the AC on but no air comes out.

Have you changed your cabin air filter? Can you hear the fan but no air movement?
