If Mitsu marketed the truck as economy, low price($10k) truck, they would take the market.
The pickup truck, IS, the biggest body style vehicle sold world wide.
Nobody, and I mean nobody could touch that price, or mileage, or features(2019 Mirage ES stock features).
What is better than a high mileage getting commuter car....a high mileage getter pickup truck.
Just like going retro with the Mirage philosophy of light weight, small engine, low price....a retro pickup would kill in America.
