Hello and welcome to the forum.
That's a great looking Mirage you have - thanks for making a Garage entry and posting a picture. Those wheels look good. There's a lot of interest in strut bars - perhaps you could post some pictures of yours to share.
:)
Thanks!
I definitely would love to. Im just waiting for the car get all cleaned up :D The rain season has just started here in the Philippines, and it had been heavily raining for the past 3 weeks.
Welcome to the site! Looks like you're off to a good start with the mods already. :encouragement:
I'd like to see pics of the front strut bar.
Thanks Daox!
I got this in January last year (2016 model from thailand) but later the same year around August, Ph market released the locally assembled models with the oem cruise control kit.
Drove this 29,000 km already, goal was to improve the handling. The strut bar's a 3-piece, with fabricates steel mounts and sturdy hollow polished aluminum bar. This thing is significantly lighter than the UR version, but you can feel it work in rough high speed bends.

Anyway to import stuff from the Phillippines to US?
I'm sure there are ways to export via courier, I am just not familiar with the process. I know some reputable shops like speedlab do international shipping, but most just do small time retail through facebook or online shopping apps so they might not be offering the option to ship overseas.
its hard to find someone back there who ships to US....shipping alone cost approximately $400 - $900 via fedex or dhl... best advise is to buy parts when you know someone going there and pay for excess baggage which cost approximately $150-$250/piece depending on the airline...i ordered a front lip for mine which will arrive next week. i took advantage of relatives taking vacation.
Those are some awesome pictures! Many of them look like Mitsubishi should have put them in their brochure:D. Man that's so cool:cool:. Your car really looks like a "sport or track" version.
Thanks man! In fact, I've been autocrossing this recently. The fun in driving a slow car fast is genuinely amazing.

Recent update: I just got a pre-loved Ultra racing front lower 4-point brace. I've been eyeing this for a very long time, and been lucky to get these for half the price.
I will have to give it some love before putting it on as it has already kissed the tarmac plenty of times and is already starting to show surface rust on the scuffed areas.

Hopefully this eliminates the 'hopping' and unpredictable toe changes of the outer front wheel when cornering hard.
