It might mean cruise and automatic braking as well. In some countries Mirage already has auto braking.
'googled'. Appears to be low speed (to 37mph) automatic braking only. Not a bad thing with all the distracted drivers these days.
Ditto on chrome. I'm not a big fan of it.
It's Chevy's new face. The Cruze and Malibu have received a similar look.
To me, the Spark looks OK for a cheap, small car. Rather pleasing, really. Just too much fake chrome.
