Those are additional discounts if qualified . One is Military and I think the other is if a present Mitsubishi owner . Go here for details and click on See All Special Offers . http://www.mitsubishicars.com/mirage .
Also want to give congrats to the new owners . Hope you have many years of enjoyment .
Shirlie Slack(Fredericksburg, VA,) where I got mine, has another listed for the same price mine was. Green M/T with Bluetooth, $10,994 after 1000 manufacturers, 250 loyalty, and 500 military discounts. So $13,451 at most out the door(plus tags and title.) They're decent people to communicate with(Corey, saleswoman, and her manager Rob,) though they held on tight before submitting to my $13,300 offer. I'm sure I could have shopped around and gotten something lower but I paid a little for the convenience. The Dealership in Richmond didn't even try, and I doubt talking to them is worth your time.

^ Thats very good
I bought a ES 1.2L CVT with navigation and remote start. The price was USD 17,765. I got the 1000 dollar rebate so my cost was 16,765. They would not negotiate sticker price, but did bargain on my trade in. After my trade I paid 12055 plus 813 dollars in tax. The dealer was Ron Marhofer near Akron Ohio.
$14k out the door - DE w/ manual transmission, bluetooh, and ES alloy wheels.
