Anyway, here's one trying to maneuver a parking lot I found entertaining. (FF to 7:20)...

Ugh. Took 300-mile trip on the highway going the speed limit of 75 MPH and couldn't break 36 MPG. But it was nice to have cruise control in this 2020 that I didn't have in my 2014.

Good idea regarding the quality of the cable.

Still on iOS 13, iPhone locked, connected via USB, listening to FM. Then iHeartRadio randomly tries to kick in: enables Apple CarPlay but only get silence. :(

This may be a game changer. It is frustrating when listening to FM, then CarPlay kicks in and all I hear is silence.

Exactly. I'd rather have the HD tuner and sacrifice the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and DVD player.

I'm running my remote turn-on directly to the cigarette lighter adapter until I take the time to hardwire my dashcam via add-a-fuse. Then I'll find some accessory fuse to tap for the remote turn-on....

When they got this black one in, they also got an orange one. Checked yesterday, and the orange is being advertised for the same price I "negotiated" just a few weeks ago. Live and learn.

+ the empty spot for the relay.
+ the pre-installed 20 amp fuse.
