Not sure why your belt is so much different but a new belt for the 2014 comes up as 485 and yes 6 ribs. The shortest is the one with out ac is 352. The current belt runs just fine but puts me at the end of the alternator adjustment. I have t had any problems with running the alternator other than gas mileage but even that didnÂ’t suffer to much.

If you would switch the smaller pulley with the original one, maybe the original belt would fit.

I had the alternator built why would I want to change the way he built it. I started this post because I know others want to be able to upgrade their alternator as well. I am just finding the right size belt which was also in the instructions sent by the builder.

Maybe the builder didn't know the diameter and type of the OEM alternator pulley?

He built it from an OEM alternator and intentionally replaced the pulley the smaller pulley helps with idle charging.

I installed a good year 1060475 it is just a tad short but was able to stretch it enough to go on, if you haven’t ordered one I would order the 1060480 and it should be the exact right size.
