HELP please - Front door removal issue - 2020 cvt

Hello Guys,
The front door panel on my Space Star 2020 cvt is different than what I see on the forum and on the internet. I could not remove the part that you see on the second photo so I can not continue to removing door panel.
Anyone has an idea?

Do you have the vertical screw where the handle is within the blue circle?

thats a fancy trim you got there, there's a screw on the handle then lift it up.

Yeah, I took of the vertical screw but no way to take off the "pillow"/ "soft tissue" part

Allrock, I took it off but the soft part of the trim does not move. I will try it later with fresh brain I do not want to broke anything. As you said, it is fancy and impossible to find as spare part. The old style trim was so easy to take off. This one does not move
