Temp control won't move to full heat

Long story short it woulda been quicker and easier to just tear it all apart from the start.

I’ll have to tear that grid heater out of the “spare” broken heater box I’ve been using to figure A way to fish the junk out. I may grinch one and try to use it as a defroster in my side by side with a 12 fan from an ice maker lol
