Best time to get that done is in the summer. Gives the product a chance to creep before the temp drops.

Rust proofing was done within 45 mins of vehicle pick up. I wanted to do krown, seems to be the better choice, but they were clowns (booked my appointment a week in advance, but when I called to confirm it was somehow gone) so I went with Rust Check instead

I'll have you know I've bought TWO Mirages sight unseen over the phone. Both came from Ottawa. Well, that and the city across from Ottawa whose name I forget but they have horizontal traffic lights.

As for the rust proofing go looking for plugs, the more you find the better. Krown Barrie drilled 10 or 12 holes in my 2014. Krown Niagara falls drilled 4 holes in my 2017. When pointed out they shrugged and offered a $10 off DIY cans coupon. Partly my fault as I assumed they would be thorough. Effen idiots.

That's where I got mine from as well, because all 3 dealers in Ottawa were too lazy to return my calls in order to earn my business.

The Ottawa guys are part of the Dilari group or something like that. Each of the 4 or 5 kids was given a dealership by Dad and they are treated as playtoys by some. But, ya, Rallye in Gatineau. Good gang.
