    Thanks!
My first car was a 1970 Renault 10 (I got it in 1976). It had a 1.3L rear engine (47HP.) I can't remember how many MPG but it was really light and efficient.

You'll have no problem adapting to a 78 horsepower Mirage!

Hi, as someone who owned a rear engine Skoda of about 50 hp. I can relate.
Zero, 2014 ES Plus 5MT, written off but not forgotten.
Zero II, 2014 SE, 5MT, climate She's HOME now!
    Shelby AKA "Cute", 2017 ES 5MT, A/C.

Mirage owners look at the world differently than everyone else, but in a better way
We're driving the Beetle of the 21st century, the greatest small car now available!

Belated welcome, srquixote! Don't forget to add your Mirage to our garage... Garage empty: add car

Same here. What other efficient cars in your past?

One of my hobbies for many years was buying, fixing, driving & selling approximately one econobox every year. I've had Rabbits, Tercels, Yaris, Civics, a Fit, one Sentra, and a bunch of Metros (& Canadian market Fireflies). I'm on my third Mirage now... this one's a long-term prospect.

    I like your hobby!
Our family car for many years was a 1965 Renault 4

We also had a Renault 16 (not exactly an econobox but still cool). Friends were driving 70s era Beetles, Lancers, Corollas, and Escorts.
My dad's last car (before he passed away) was a recent Yaris so he's been consistent all these years.
