I'll add a caveat to my prior post, that men think that certain cars will help them attract a mate. I'd have to say that it is true, to an extent. I read some well done research one time that did a good job of differentiating the types of vehicles that women tend to imagine that the driver is ... a man that they'd be more attracted to, versus vehicles that make them feel the guy would be less beneficial to them. That's what it's all about really, women are attracted to a man that is beneficial to them. It's just nature. Anywho - It turns out that women tend to (as in it varies a lot, but in a very overall relevant scale) find the type of man who would drive a black F-150 to be one that was most beneficial to them. Then it went on to try to determine why that was. And it was because women's thinking was that a guy that would drive a pickup truck, was a guy that was one that would do manly kind of work, and be handy around the house. Black because they tend to like a black colored vehicle. It was quite an interesting read.
So the guys out there driving loud-ass Mustang's, they're not helping themselves as much if they were to drive a plain ole black F-150. Oh, and on the opposite side of that study, if you're driving a mailman jeep, you might struggle to attract a female if you don't have one already. Maybe I've gone full circle ... maybe driving an $80k luxury land yacht pickup truck, as long as it is a black F-150 is the best way to attract a female (as far as vehicle selection goes). Dern females....
