Question How to remove splash guard under radiator?

I need to remove the splash guard under the radiator. It has these fasteners. Is there a special tool for these, or do I just pry them out? Are they usually re-usable?

    Thanks!Name: fastener.jpg

It’s a 2 piece clip. Pry the center part out. Use side cutters, nail puller, or pickup a cheap tool designed to remove them. Yeah they’re reusable.

I had to pull those things out in both my front wheel wells last night in order to swap some new bulbs into my fog lights. God, they are a pain in the ass.

I wish there was a special tool... Nope. Just gotta get something flat and jam it under there and start prying until something gives.

I use a tool close to this for most of these items.
