I can't figure out if this is normal or not. There is some kind of bolt near the end that looks like something might attach, but not sure. Can anyone chime in? I'd appreciate it.

That bolt is the pinch bolt that holds the chrome "Go Faster" chrome tip on.. It gives you several more HP, That's why it's shaking, LOL, Seriously tho, the bolt holds the exhaust tip on & it's normal to see the tail pipe shake like that on a 3 cylinder engine... Not a problem!!!

Oh yeah, normal. That just means it's ready to GOOOOO!
There are rubber hangers on which the exhaust sort of dangles from the car. The rubber hangers' primary job is to prevent noise from the exhaust to transmit to inside the car. The rubber hangers isolate the noise of that vibrating exhaust. Simultaneously, the rubber hangers allow the exhaust to jiggle around like that. I don't know about you, but I like a little jiggle.
