TFL Car - Rio vs Mirage

While the Mitsubishi Mirage has a few things going for it (small size, easy to park) the Kia Rio is vastly superior in almost every measurable way. Simply put, the performance, efficiency, comfort and even the build quality is superior on the Kia. In addition, there are more trims to get with the Kia, and it is competitively priced.

I don’t hate the Mitsubishi Mirage, but it’s simply not as good as the Kia.

Yeah, just saw that as well.

    Wrong on the efficiency point.

Doesn't mention repair/reliability/total cost of ownership either.

    My parents' car!

Don't forget the self-destructing engines... or maybe that's the same issue.

The TikToks of HK service techs tossing junk engine blocks in the bin are just shocking to be honest. One guy has already done over a hundred this year...

I've tried to ignore this thread. It brings back lots of bad memories. It's taken a lot of liquor and shock therapy to get me this far back toward normal after my experience with Hyundai-Kia in engineering. I don't need to backslide.

Calm down. That always helps when people say that, right?

Nope, but a 10th of vodka and a hydrocodone helps.

Good luck trying to insure that base-model Rio without kill-switch.

You don't need either of those 7miles, they're nothing but poison. It's about time you put on your old Earth, Wind, and Fire, cassette and fire up a big spliff with me. You're old lady can't say $hit about it either if she's turning a blind eye to opiods and booze. It's time 7miles. Don't worry, smoking a lil green isn't going to turn you into a Beatnik communist, more like Willy Nelson.
