R5 Mirage WRC (race/rally prototype) photos/video

There's an Open Class Mirage competing at the Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally (STPR) which starts tomorrow.

I don't know if it's an R5 or if it's the Dytko car which uses Evo X engine and running gear. But either way hopefully there will be some YouTube video of it being driven in anger.

Just to clarify, the first vid is of the Mirage Proto which is a special regional class and uses the Evo X 2.0L engine, drivetrain and suspension and is around $50,000 base price.

The second video is of an R5 car which uses a spec AWD system from Sadev, bespoke MacPherson strut F/R suspension and a 1.6L 4B11T and I guess is north of $200,000.

How on Earth did I not find this thread when I first joined? I've been following this project since Ralliart Sweden first let some rumors out. I follow the WRC almost religiously so I'm excited to see this car come into the competition. Which, as far as this year is concerned I haven't seen any teams with one. I follow an independent team that has one for rallycross, as well as the R5 car that's been through dirt and snow testing. I wish Mitsubishi would make a full return to Rally, but it's unlikely. If i'm lucky they'll be back at PPIHC this year, but only if they feel like they don't have enough MIEV performance testing.
