Am I supposed to have fog lights?

The DRL photo is with all the lights switched off.

The bottom lights are the fogs and I will figure out how to turn these lights on and the headlights on at the same time!

Can you check if the relay for the fogs is present?

My Forester has DRL. Even though it is a manual, the DRL go off when the parking brake is set.

Back in my TDI New Beetle days, it was common practice to run with the parking brake lever set at 1 click... not enough to engage the brake, but just enough to turn off the DRLs

The corner yellow light should be a parking light and tied to your rear parking lights. When your "DRL lights" are on. Are there any lights in the rear also on?

I finally had our 2023 SE Mirage in the shop. I forgot to look and see if it has 2 bulbs in the housings. Oddly enough the fog lights don't work....They're just used as DRL.
