A fellow healthcare worker! I knew there was a reason I like you! Same gallows humor and all. I wished I worked at a federal facility. Unfortunately I work for the city of Atlanta/Fulton county health department. Underfunded and burned out staff. Hypocratic oath is a joke with our doctors.

Not just where you are. In June some cowboy Dr. placed a NG feed tube into my airway and never checked placement with radiology. Needless to say they killed me for a short time.

I don't know. I guess CPR as they intubated me as well. Can you use a defib while intubated?

I hold a 310S auto tech licence with an inter provincial seal & a 310T heavy truck & coach licence in Ontario. I now work as a Nuclear Operator Lead hand in a research reactor & have a small engine repair business that I run in my free () time. The Mirage fits perfect with the "Small Engine Repair"...
I didn't know what to do, so I didn't do anything

Yes. Tube ensures your airway is open while CPR maintains circulation or defibrillator shocks your heart back into rhythm. Glad you're still with us.
