... seems like a nice balanced review of the Mirage, but I disagree with him that the Nissan Sentra is "more car".

Didnt read the article... but:
Why would you disagree that the sentra is "more car?" Fact of the matter is, the sentra is more expensive, has more power, and is roomier. Thus, more car.
Nice find!
I guess if by "more car" he means physically more car, he's not wrong.
I like it when reviewers call out other reviewers...
Like the last review I posted, calling out Car & Driver for being goofs. All this talk of it being a third-world penalty box is, in my view, the whining of people who've become very accustomed to and spoiled by driving 52-plus cars per year, some of them very enticing machines indeed.

I meant that he's claiming that someone can get "more car" in the Sentra for less money, but from what I'm seeing, the Sentra is thousands more expensive (Starting MSRP is $16k in the u.S.). So, not "more car" for less, but "more car" for more.
I'm wondering if he's confusing Sentra with Versa??? The price he quoted was exactly the price of a base Versa.
And yes, the Versa is more car; I'll keep my Mirage though, thanks.

You're right - he posted the wrong name. The link he posted immediately after "Sentra" where he says they tested the 2012 model is actually a link to his review of the Versa.
