    "Crawlspace" in glovebox

Turns out that in the glovebox, right above the opening, there's a structural tube running horizontally, about an inch thick. Together with the shape of the dashboard, it creates a bit of a "crawlspace" up there. What I did is that I took my little old MP3 player and snuck it up there with the cable, that way I can have more free space in the glovebox.

I dislike storage compartments in cars.

Wife fills them up with things that rattle. Can make a new car sound like a beater with a couple of months.
