    Greeting From Rochester, NY

I've already been posting, but didn't intro myself.

I'm Ben, I enjoy driving cheap/small cars. I'm into hobby board gaming, video games, work in IT.

My last 2 cars were handmedown cavaliers

MUCH before that I had a Plymouth Sundance RS Hatch (01'?), Buick Skylark, 98 Nissan sentra.

    HELLO!

Welcome. What specifically in IT are you in? I'm currently a sysadmin for a public library.

I will be in Syracuse in October for a 3-4 day convention.

Are there any country dance halls/bars around Rochester? I've already asked someone that lives close to Syracuse and apparently there isnt one there.

I wish I can program and be creative. Those are at least two traits of a webdev.

How about food... Any good food around the area? I will drive for some A+ local food.

I'm an IT Business Analyst. Wish I could program

Used to do helpdesk / sys admin stuff for a while. Now Business analyst.

I ... uh ... don't do so well when on the helpdesk answering calls.

Apparently IT people are drawn to mirages?

Rochesters local food is the garbage plate, which most people think is disgusting. I'd suggest grabbing a burger at Bill Grays or Dons Origonal and enjoying the scenery of irondequoit bay. If you want to stay IN the city get Sticky Lips BBQ or Dinosaur BBQ.

Being FROM here, i don't think any of those things are worth traveling for, but if you're passing though...

Rochester is just an hour away from where I'll be at. I think I'll have dinner there or something.
