Hello all,

My wife just purchased a new Mirage ES. So far it feels like I've driven it more than her, lol.

Anyway, she got the NAV package and all that, but is upset at the lack of satellite radio options on the factory touch screen head unit. So, I've been scouring the forums looking for options on either a new HU, or some sort of adapter to connect to the factory unit. Of course, we want to keep the rear camera and steering wheel control functionality, so all this is easier said than done.

There are lots of other little things she wants to do the the car, so I look forward to chatting about it with you all

We have a Mirage with the nav unit also, We also have Dish Network, which features Sirius/XM channels. With their Dish Anywhere app on my smartphone, I have been able to stream the sat radio channels to the Mirage.

I also have used Pandora to stream audio to the factory head unit without problems.

I don't have enough time in the vehicle to talk about quality of the audio via Bluetooth, but it does work.

I'm sure there are sat radio adapters that will work with the factory head unit either using the usb or fm modulation.

We have sat radio in our other car and really enjoy it on trips. We use the Mirage around town for short hops, so the audio isn't a a big factor in that car.

My ES has every option but NAV for this reason... I can't stand most OEM NAV units for all their quirks. My Smartphone does it all better anyway, which is why I was fine with just Bluetooth.

I hope you get it figured out! Even if you don't though, the MPGs will make up for it
