I'm not sure why your pads wore out so quickly. My 2015's front set lasted 80,000 miles / 128,000 kilometers but that's probably an outlier. There isn't much traffic where I live and there isn't any speed limits over 55 mph / 88 km. Prior to the 2017's the 2014's & 2015's also had smaller rotors than the '17+ models.

Sounds like your calipers are not sliding freely on their pins, causing excessive wear on the inner pad. Easy to fix.

Normally I'm trying to drive quietly, no sudden braking. Average consumption is about 55 MPG.

I had my brake pads replaced last week, they lasted about 40k miles.

Just had new pads and rotors over the weekend @ 50k. Outer 6.5mm, Inner 4.5mm and rotors shine like a mirror.
I am wondering why my pads inside out are not worn out evenly when caliper pins are moving freely....
Mostly, I just want to replace the rotors because of severe corrosion inside of the hat...flakes and gap causing rattling noise and one of my brake pad shim fell off.

If you know anyone works at parts distributor, get premium pads and rotors.
Those cheap coated rotors cost less than $20 each to warehouse distributor, Mirage as example, shipped from China.
Listed price may be around $50. Just imagine how much the cost is for that actual rotor itself....what kinda material they will use...
    You get what you pay!

If you are experiencing brake caliper hardware failure, check Carlson brake hardware catalogue.
Don't wait until you need a whole caliper. You take care of them, and they will take care of your pocket.

My new pads have an early morning grind to them. The rotors were resurfaced when I had my front pads changed. I wonder if its just a break in period. They have a stickiness to them that I can feel.
