    both g4 and hatch have the same brake pads so regardless with the disc size they still have the same surface contact area, so i think theres no difference..what do you think guys?

    Larger rotors alone will increase stopping power. Quote below -

    "The bigger rotor will be better for both dissipation and storage of heat. So heat dissipation and storage provide more braking power. The lever arm provides greater braking torque because of the longer lever arm. End result bigger rotor equals more braking torque and more braking power." Sep 30, 2011

    Larger brake rotors were added in 2017 for a reason (improve braking).

    yah longer leverage, but the backing plate on G4 is for the hatch thats why when you see it the rotor of the g4 is overlapping with the backing plate, lazy mitsubishi..lol im gonna stick with my OE rotor since mine is 2017.
