Hope it works, but FB is a forum killer (with fewer features/benefits to members) from what I've observed of one other marque. (Limited sample.)

Honestly, it's up to you. Removing this thread won't affect anything.

In my limited experience, I've tried and struck out trying to get FB users to join an established, feature-rich forum. And I have seen FB syphon activity away from a smaller (like this one) established forum, with the result that good content ended up being diluted. And FB search bites.

Who knows what will happen though. Maybe it could help.

Can you change the page/group settings so you don't have to have a FB account to view the page?
