Here are results of another economy run. Mitsu seems to love doing this to show off the car. Only this time, after the economy run they turned the assembled scribes loose on a race track as well.

Watch as our two-time Dakar Rally Champion, Hiroshi Masuoka and media friends drove the new Mirage from Kuala Lumpur to Port Dickson (a total distance of 135km) for an expedition in the recent Mirage Eco Run 2013.

That is good economy numbers with two peaple and air con set on to 18c. Be good to know more detail of the run like was it more of a down hill run or up hill what was the temp like etc? We may never know.

It looks like the main road between KL and Philea Resort goes up & down - elevation changes within ~100-~300 ft above sea level.

No problemo.

The only critical bit of info missing is whether they were all CVT cars, or also some manuals. I only saw CVT shift levers in the video.
