Yep. apparently the gearbox grinding is normal, the struggle to shift into second gear and reverse is normal.
Getting my starter motor replaced again. It apparently is not lined up from factory.
Also getting my dash rattle looked at, and they are replacing my centre air conditioning vents are they don't function properly.

Do you guys think this would covered under new car warranty, or would I be laughed out of the dealership?

On my passenger side, front rearview mirror, there is a 1.5 cm diameter circle/spot on the red paint that has inexplicably turned darkish brown/red. It's not from any residue, completely smooth, no physical damage done. I wash my car, and leave no bug splatter/bird poop to cake on as I have Meguiar's Ultimate Quik Detailer spray to take care of at first notice.

Thanks for any guidance. Never had a new car (warranty) before.

Wouldn't hurt to ask. Are you talking about the coloured mirror "cap" itself? Not difficult to replace (simpler than repainting) if they decide to.

Mine is a 5MT and there is a vibration/buzz in the clutch pedal when shifting above 3500 RPM. It's hard to describe, you kinda just have to drive it to understand.
I have the same thing happening to me..

19 000 kms on the clock.

Our clutch pedal uses a cable, instead of a hydraulic clutch like most cars. The cable will transfer some noise/vibration, and is completely normal.

Yes, that is exactly what I was referring to, the colored, plastic part that's not black. I made an appointment for this coming Monday. I'll keep you guys up to date if it is resolved or not. It's so weird. Completely smooth, no damage to clearcoat.

Just like I said, our cars use a clutch cable. The evo has a hydraulic clutch.
