New Mirage owner in Oklahoma

Friday I bought my very first new car... a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage.

It looks like this. Typical blue one.



So far, loving this car. I thought I would like it as soon as I saw all the "professional car reviewers" whinging and complaining about how terrible the car was. They're obviously comparing it to the $60,000 acura they wrote about the week before. That or they are limp-wristed sissies who think this car is noisy and rough riding.

It's a nice quiet smooth car, only gets noisy when you really get on it. It does have body roll, but it doesn't seem so bad. It holds the road well, and I didn't buy a sports car, did I?

Funny you should mention the ridiculous reviewers.... I was literally just re-reading Torchinsky's skewering of that bad NYT Mirage review:

But I'm not as young as I used to be, and it's been COLD. The wife drives a 2006 Corolla, and that's a nice car - but not leaps and bounds nicer than my base model mirage, and not really much faster.
