so I ordered the kit from mitsubishi which included the foglights the relay the turn indicator (as mine had no provision for a fog light switch) various bolts and the brackets for the foglights. The wires were in place for the lights and everything went seamlessly. Also both fuses were in place in the Fuse boxes. Guess what. It was too good to be true. I double checked everything and no dice. The fogs don't work from the switch. If jumper the relay the lights turn on so we swapped out the headlight relay and found the relay is fine. I'm going to call mitsu and see if there's anything I did wrong (the kits supposed to be plug and play) and let you guys know if there's any weird extra modules that have to be activated.

I called up Mitsu this morning and the tech said he thinks the dtacs module needs programmed to allow the switch to signal the relay. So Im going to take it in and get it done.

This is good to know. Keep me updated, hopefully it doesn't cost a lot of money.

My car has the switch already installed on the turn signal/headlight switch. I also have the relay.

Yep took the car in thursday(forgot to post up here sorry guys) and they charged me 19.95 to program etacs for foglights. The dealer also broke my ebay armrest grr. Didn't fight it though. Want to make sure that I didn't burn any bridges when warranty stuff pops up.

That is great. Do you have the part numbers you can share so others can do this? Any possibility of a DIY write up so that newbs can figure it out?

Yeah I can do it soon it's pretty straightforward. I have to do it again anyways. I was stupid and put a yellow tint film on the foglights and the hottest part in the middle ended up melting and then burning. When I buy a new set I'll do it up.

I've been shopping around & found this set.....about 1/2 price compared to the dealer price, still have to pay them to activate the circuit to the OE stalk though. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/281557308733?..._qi=RTM1711891
