Needs new engine and catalytic converter. Other than that, everything is in working order.

What the @#$!? Great car...you just need to put a new engine in it.

Has had regular oil changes and other needed maintenance.

Ummm...does that really matter if it needs a new frigging engine?!?

Battery is a little over a year old and still under warranty.

Well...if the battery has a warranty, that changes everything! Do you take PayPal?

Looks like a good find. It has 3 pedals, and appears to have cruise control.

Then it'll probably need other odds and ends like wheel bearings, brakes, transmission etc...Looks like a clean body though. Basically buying a shell with a presumably good title.
A guy could slap a low mileage drivetrain in it, rh rear door and whatever else it needs for a few grand and have a car that should last another 10-15 years for under $5000. Depending on what the rest of the car looks like... If you were to pay someone to do all the work it wouldn't be a bargain.

That's 100 hours of driving per month @65 mph. Or 25 hours /week. Obviously commercial use. I would demand records for this car and if none, walk.
