I can recommend deepl.com, a German translator. As far as I can judge it does a better job than g***** translator.

The worst part is he said he would deliver the car to me... So I was like SOLD! And then after that... Crickets. Oh well. His loss, I would have paid him his asking price and even offered to pay his bus ticket home and everything.

    cheap Mirage drought?

Noteworthy: It's been over a month since I last spotted a sub-$3k, roadworthy Mirage in my e-mail alerts. (1000 km radius search / 600 mi.)

It seems like they come & go in waves.

Not a Mirage obviously, but that ties for the cheapest I've seen one of these Mitsubishi subcompacts. If WI hadn't introduced a $100 EV annual registration fee I might go for it(but also its not one of the purple or blue ones). Getting rid of cars is too hard for me and I have a more than ample supply, idly browsing CL is a just a bad idea.

Great find. The EV fees that many states are implementing are among the most bogus fees a state can impose, and that's coming from a progressive. If anything, we should tax the more emitting and heavier cars and trucks- that way shipping UPS, Amazon, and FedEx and Walmart 18 wheelers pay more for the amount of cargo that causes potholes. Even if shipping costs increase, at least it will be proportional to the value of the services. I would definitely use an electric car if I were in a smaller city and needed shorter range, but for a 2nd car.

Not stupid cheap, but still a good "AS-IS" value... 2015 for $4500

Looks like we have another big name car dealer that got a Mirage on trade and wants NOTHING to do with it - selling it as-is. Just like the Toyota dealer that took my Mirage on trade and dumped it on me for peanuts, they just want to unload it.

    It's a bare bones, 5-speed, no-AC, 2015 model with 110k km = 68k miles.

    Asking $4500.

Located in Harriston, Ontario - which I'm going to admit I've never heard of before. Looks like a small farming town northwest of Guelph. "A pleasant drive from anywhere!"

I received this "targeted ad" when web-browsing since I browse a lot of Mirage forums like this, but I thought I'd share it since I have a new 2019 CVT Mirage and this is a similar deal. This is for a manual, though, which may appeal to you and others here: Orlando Florida, $10,549 (New!): https://www.sportmitsubishi.com/new/...b95d2d22f1.htm

But the ad says it's new, not used (unless I'm misreading the ad...)

The thread is a way to keep an eye on the used market pricing.

I understand that, and I recall another forum member here says digressing is normal. But I felt posting the new car was relevant since the price may have been close to a used price that someone might have been choosing between. I regularly see $7-8000 used prices with 20,000 miles so I just wanted to give some people an option. It was also a last year model (and 37 miles on the odometer, which is 23 more than what I had new).
