Yeah that's too good a price to last very long!
Maybe sold by someone who doesn't know about the craziness in used car pricing?
I just lucked out & snagged an old lady-owned 2005 Corolla for $3k for my nephew - it'll be his first car. Only has 126k km on it. No rust. Needs brakes & tires & a few other small things. It'll probably be about $4k all in. Even pre-pandemic, that would have been a decent deal, I think.

Yeah, and the interior is MINT. Unbelievable for a 2005. The factory plastic is still on the carpet floor mats! "To be removed by dealership"
The exterior is very "old lady" though. Scratch & dent. And it was parked under a chestnut tree, so it has lots of speed dimples.

I found a 2017 G4 ES at Copart with no damage but a minor accident on its Carfax for $3900 plus delivery (it’ll come out to around $5000USD). I’m anxious to get it here.

Cheap Mirages are pretty rare lately. Here's another used Mirage with the asking price thousands above msrp even including frieght and tax. $23,000 for a used base model Cvt Mirage. https://www.kijiji.ca/v-cars-trucks/...9684?undefined
If anyone's interested I'll let my fancy model go for half that. This month only. Act fast.

This thread has been a bit low activity lately.
Good luck finding a buyer for your Mirage. If you get the $11,500 for it, what would you buy next?
If someone offered me what I paid for my Mirage today, I would have to pass on that. There are no used Mirage manuals cheaper (on cars.com) today than what I paid for a new one 5 years ago (October 2017).
In your case, you're not asking what you paid for it either. Thus, I am not comparing apples to apples here.
I am just thankful I have a Mirage in my driveway, & I am even more thankful that I don't have to buy one today.
