How the hell do spring insulator can stiffen up the ride? That makes ZERO sense. The only thing that it can do is to make the spring to sit properly and eliminate possible noise under hard cornering. Unless your spring insulator is covering the entire spring and providing resistant to the spring compression, otherwise it would NOT alter the spring rate.
