    I wouldn't paint the part the covers the actual light bulb like I did tho if you guys decide to do it.. the light isn't darker or dimmer but it seems like it moved down a lil bit even tho I didn't touch the adjustments and I believe that's cuz I painted that part.. and as for keeping the moisture out just make sure to re seal it with some good silicone or urethane if you can find it

    @bkessinger1109 what type of sealant should be used? any specific / brand? i might try this in the future if my warranty is out already hehe.

    My buddy and I tried to fine some urethane but we didn't have any luck so we just used some silicone that was meant for outdoor use.. we didn't get any specific brand name or anything

    I've never heard of people adding urethane back to the headlight housing after taking it apart. I've always heard they just heat it back up and stick it back together.

    I did this on my Evo. It wasnt really difficult and I think it looks much better than the chrome OE look. I like it and might have to add this to the mirage too.
