Scan Gauge, Ultra Gauge, and others MPG tracking

How are you guys tracking your MPG? I've been doing the old trip meter/gallons method. I've been wanting to get some instrumentation, I used my old android phone with my elm357 obd2 bluetooth transmitter on the paid torque app, but its difficult to see most of the stuff and I couldn't fit enough gauges on the screen.

I was looking into getting a Ultra gauge, which is about 80.00 -9.00 mail in rebate with the suction cup mount, but I decided to try torque again, I ordered this android tablet (which also allows me to use torque/google maps on a larger screen) from ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/191367983541....S2.M-9.R1.TR7

I had to get mine in white to match my Mirage of course. By buying this tablet I also can use it for other purposes if needed, but primary purpose will be torque, likely with a suction cup above the radio if it doesn't block my vision. I would like to see if the have a "Dash Cam app" to constantly record when driving, that would be two birds with one stone!

ProClip makes a dash mount bracket, for the Mirage. I have one for my phone and XM unit and like it a lot.

Where can you buy the ELM 357?

    I bought this http://www.ebay.com/itm/V1-5-ELM327-...c472b9&vxp=mtr
but it doesn't work at all, waste of my money!

I used to own a Scangauge. Great customer service, I had a unit that kept resetting on me, and they shipped me a newer one free of charge. Unfortunately, it was stolen from my car one day, and I couldn't afford the full price, so I got the Ultragauge instead. Actually liking the Ultragauge better since it shows more gauges and more at once, and it looks better, but I doubt the manufacturer stands behind their product as much as LinearLogic does.

Got my 50 dollar tablet in today. Torque pro installed. I'm sorry for the typo I have a elm 327 too I think, I'll snap a pic of it when I'm in my car. My elm 327 won't communicate with my iPhone and it didn't work on a ford windstar I drove.
