Some Mirages have a "cell phone cubby/shelf" above the glove compartment

I was just looking at the photos of 25Plus' Space Star in our garage and noticed there's a cubby above the glove box that I haven't seen before:



In the Mirages I've seen, we only get a simple "blank out" panel in its place (here's a photo of a 2015 model year U.S. spec car):



Looking through Google images, I see the cubby in some Mirages from other countries as well, eg. Australia and PH:



I bet it's a simple part to replace.
