I thought the recall was only up to 2011 year models.

That's what I was checking on? To make sure it wasn't our year or mirage

I posted this earlier today, talking to the Misubishi dealer about the air bag recall, he said it does not effect the Mirage. Mitsubishi quit using the Takata airbags back in 2005. The recall now for Mitsubishi is for the 2004 and 2005 Lancers. Our Mirage's won't be effected by the airbag recall.
