Thread: Geo Metro roll call: did you own a 3 cyl car before Mirage? (Suzuki, Smart, etc)

^ Yes, it's night and day. Driving my '98 Firefly with ~36,000 km on it immediately after driving the Mirage felt like operating some kind of farm equipment.

MacClyver - glad you enjoyed my projects!

What MPG are/were you getting in your Metros? You should expect to get pretty similar numbers from your Mirage (comparing unmodded to unmodded).

Lifetime numbers and averages can be seen on my Fuelly. Both about 51.

My most recent "warm season", which I call May-September was 56.3 mpg for my red 97 and 57.3 for my black 95. A mirror delete, air dam, 44 psi tires and grille block are givens with wheelskirts and kammback usually only installed for long high speed trips and used until the tape is about to let go.

I don't actually have much completely unmodded data to go off of, and of course won't want to go strapping taping stuff onto flawless paint.
