Lowering spring front only, stock rear

Anyone else here tried just rocking the lowering springs infront only?

My maxspeeds are so harsh especially at the back so im thinking of putting back my stock springs at the rdar. Theres also a reverse rake going on so id like to solve that too.

    Any pros and cons?

I don't think it would look bad personally as long as it wasn't dramatically lower than the back. I would wonder though if ride quality would suffer and control issues on bumpy roads.

the measurement based on my fingers and the wheel wells with all lowering springs installed, for the fronts, it's a three finger gap and on the back, it's a 1 finger gap.

iirc, in stock springs, the fronts were about 4 and a half fingers in front and 3 at the back.

my main concern would be adverse effects on the ride, weight distribution, future problems on the shocks, and tire wear.

the distance btw axles is 96 inches, and you are rising back by 1.5"? the shift of the weight is very very minimal, we are talking less than 0.1%. If you have stock shocks, the lowering springs may result in damage, but returning to stock? no!

The only concern that with front being stiffer it may understeer more, and you may have slightly more body roll.

I'm curious to know how lower, stiffer springs contributes to increased body roll.

Even more body roll vs. Stock config? Or just an in between?

I might try this tomorrow, will update on how it'll look and feel

I meant comparing to having lower stiffer springs both front/rear.

Stiffer front springs (which is what you get comparing to stock) usually increase understeer.

Yes in-between, but the understeer will be likely more than stock.
