I am considering this tires since the wheels I got are a bit to wide and do not want to get them scratched (14x6) Will the 195/65 or 195/60 fit?

With the situation in US with 14" tires it is not even worth to consider 14" rims as upgrade.
195/50R15 or maybe even 205/45 would be close enough to OEM.

Also, make sure the wheels are wider. Just because the tires are wider does not mean they will make use of the entire width unless the wheels are wide enough.

my wheel is 14x6 offset it 38mm... the 195/60/14 seems great option. I got home 185/60/14 and the wheels stick out quite a lot and got a blemished from the car wash on them.
