It took us about 1.5 rolls of Peel&Seal to do 4 doors (5.3lbs ea). I think maybe a couple pounds more for 4 speakers, so 10lbs tops.

So did you do floor panels too or just doors? Roof, trunk?

Front and rear doors, hatch, floor are done, yet to do roof, so add another 4 kilo's there.....

We only did doors because skins were off during speaker install, will do front wheel wells and floor panels. Roof and hatch are not happening, there's not much noise coming from there.

does it comes with A/C? radio? air bags? spare tire? (obviously manual).

Lightest US version is 1973lbs (895kg) base DE includes A/C, 4 speaker radio, airbags, tire, and some other mandated things which don't add up much weight like kill starter clutch switch. On MT you cannot start engine if clutch is not pressed.

We are doing the lot, not only for noise, but it doubles as a thermo shield.... We have really hot summers here, and due to having a black car, it attracts the heat it so will cut down on heat considerably... :-) It will also make the air conditioner not have to work as hard...
