If they just replaced the muffler then removing the resonator and running 2” pipe from the Cherry Bomb all the way out the rear of the vehicle should make lots of noise

the resonator was removed already when the glasspack was installed so not sure why it sounds low.

i might try using a 2" pipe after the muffler and see the difference.
