Considering other countries are giving the Mirage best car awards, sales keep going up and buyer satisfaction is high, it comes off as a bunch of rubbish.

Posted a comment before all the haters start pounding away.

News flash: CR is still absurd

Which Car Brands Make the Best Vehicles?

Our annual report card ranks the brands based on Overall Score
    Mitsu ranked 30/32.

"Road test score" is the lowest of the group.

They award the brand zero for "green choices", which is patently ridiculous since the Mirage is the most efficient non-hybrid available in the States.

I've seen this issue (below) in stores for the last month or so. Don't bother spending the $12.99 on it.

I flipped through it and anything mentioning the Mirage is just a copy/paste from previous unfavorable CR reviews.

I heard it under pretty decent confidence that if you don't pad CRs pockets fairly heftily, they won't report kindly on you. I'm not saying, I'm just saying...

Its all about money. I think Mitsubishi probably didn't try to bribe them, or wanted to pay them enough!

I just stick my middle finger upward in disgust at intentionally misleading utter rubbish.

If suckers believe ridiculous sh*t instead of using their amputated brains, I can't help them.

Mine uses about 4.2L/100km (56mpg / USA) on long-term average and doesn't waste our limited resources or pollute the planet with CO2 any more than necessary. Gas-guzzling driving is just plain selfish.
