My original front Enasaves have 3/32" left at 67k miles. Right rear lasted about 56k, cupping and had a cut (and one plug in it). Left rear is cupped badly, measures anywhere from bald to 4/32". Going to replace it tomorrow.

At 16k it looked like the tires were not going to last much longer. Then I got an alignment done. At 20k the tires are still shot but they are holding up better - not wearing as quickly. I can probably get another summer out of them now.

My Dunlops lasted about 70,000 kms, but were they ever totally bald at the end lol. Wear worse than I had in other cars, and I rotated my tires lots, the pressure always done at recommended, everything optimal.
They say small tires wear out faster, I don't know. My new Bridgestones have lots of thread left, I feel they look like they are lasting longer.

*no alignment issues, car has always driven straight as an arrow.

That looks dangerous. Enasave tires are garbage. I can’t temember how long mind lasted but I do have a garage entry for it. I’ve been very happily getting 80k miles out of Falken Sincera tires.

Edit: I got 40k miles on the Enasave tires and it was a really rough ride towards the end.

    I couldn't find the Falken in a 165 65 14, did you go with a different size?

Yikes! Have you ever had an alignment check?!? It sure looks like your rear axle has a toe problem.

Probably does have rear toe incorrect. I have not had it checked, but I'm sure the worn tire is a good indicator
I figure, if I can get over 60k out of Enasaves, then the rear is close enough. It didn't start getting noisy until about 7k miles ago. It was good back in the spring, just getting a little wavy.
If Mitsubishi could guarantee a fix, I'd inquire about a new axle, but I heard the new one doesn't always fix the problem.

I know some of you have the rear alignment issues. Please state that if you know. These tires seem to have a wildly different life based on many factors.
I have 75.000 km (50.000 miles) on it. My rear axle is perfect. My front alignment has too much difference between left and right camber, so out of spec, although both wheels themselves are just within spec.

In Europe we get Bridgestone energy save tyres OEM. I changed front tyres at 35.000 km (25.000 miles?). After that, the steering was off, so I did an alignment check. I replaced front tyres with Kumho tyres. They are still ok, but I don't know if that is the quality of the tyre, or the alignment I did after changing to them.

Rear tyres are still OEM and are still good. I think I will need 4 new tyres in 15.000 km (10.000 miles).
