    Moog adjustable camber kit

I was browsing through the suspension parts thread today and noticed that RalliArt_Mirage shared a Moog part number for an adjustable camber kit that works with the Mirage. Both RalliArt_Mirageand Rkt Ship have used these on their cars.

Any 12mm camber kit would work. We got no-name from Amazon for <$9 with free shipping. Ebay has them too.

Of important notes at full camber you need to toe-out by 1 and 1/3 turn (8 clicks) to maintain alignment.

    Agreed!

Also, don't let anyone talk you into a "Cam Bolt" at the major alignment places. Once had a guy tell me a camber bolt would cost $75 plus additional $75 for the actual alignment. Walked out without saying a word.

Most cam bolts are well under $30. In fact, I've never seen one over $20...

TireRack has eibach (rebranded SPC) for -$30. The cheapest Chinese knock off we used looked like exact copy of Moog down to dimples on washer. My only complaint it didn't have the position of cam marked on bolt head, and the position of cam lobe and bolt head was different from one to another. So you had to mark it with permanent marker prior to install.

Most of the cars require 2-2.5 turns toe-out on tie rods to compensate for camber, Mirage needs half as much. $75 for alignment is not bad, many places charge $110+ around here. I'd bet $75 per kit came from msrp+100% markup, YMMV.

So you would need to order 4 right? Or just 2?
    Photo bit confusing.

Kit comes with a pair, and you just need 2 bolts, one per side. Camber bolt replaces top bolt and will give you 2mm/1,75reg adjustability (in case of Mirage ~1.9reg). I had seen people attempt to install a 2nd bolt in lower position to get even more camber, but I would advise against it as wheel can be knocked out of position on big bump. If you need more camber adjustment spotting struts would be better approach.

There is a bunch of videos on YouTube on how to install camber bolts, take a look.

That amazon link only comes with one bolt:
Question: How many bolts are included in this package? 1 or 2?
    Answer: One bolt.

So you would need to purchase two bolts.

uxcellŽ 2 Pcs Car Wheel Alignment 12mm Dia Bolt Eccentric Lockout Kit Screws

they are $12 now, but were $8.86 for a pair.

there are other alternatives/sources for 12mm bolts good luck

I will note that this style of camber bolt are horrible to adjust, a pain to keep dialed in, and the washers wear out after one or two alignments and you have to buy the kit again to replace them.

I personally dislike them, but if you have no other options they're better then nothing.
