Question Need help with brake disc size

So I bought brake discs and brake pads, but brake disk were 1.5 sizes larger than mine.
Here you can see the sizes.

    Brake pads was ok!

As far as I understand this brake disc come on 1.2 engine Mirage? (Mine 1.0 CVT).

Or they are completely from another model?

I have two solutions, or send them back and take mine size, or buy new (bigger) calipers and brake pads.
    Bigger-better)

But I'm not sure that the two calipers mounts are the same size.

    What do you recommend?

And maybe some one have original sizes of brake disc for Mirage 1.0?

    Thank you!

I would recommend returning those rotors kocmuk and finding the correct ones for your car. You could spend a lot of time researching, trying to find suitable calipers and brackets to make those work, only to conclude that they won't work and you'd be stuck with them. Let your vendor know they got it wrong and give them an opportunity to make it right.

I know that there are situations where it is easy to swap out brake components for larger ones. It's important to know how compatible the new parts are to the rest of the system. The master cylinder is sized to push a caliper or slave cylinder of a certain size. If the new caliper requires more fluid volume, it can actually impair braking. Bigger is not always better.

There is a big difference between simply swapping out pads & rotors and replacing all the other hardware. Replacing the calipers involves bleeding air out of your brake's hydraulic system - including the ABS unit. Do you have the tools and knowledge to do that?

In this situation, I get the impression that you have not done this before and do not know the rest of the parts needed to make the change.

    Keep simple maintenance simple.

Hopefully someone from your area can give advice on where to go to get the right parts.

The pads and discs/rotors are the same for 1.0L and 1.2L.
Calipers usually last as long as the car.

I'm not sure you know enough about brakes to do the job correctly?
You could ask a friend or a mechanic with experience.

A quick search in Yeepay Germany got me 174 suitable discs, hundreds of pads...

Complete brake swap frome Civic EG.
But then I was sure than caliper attachment wholes are the same in size.
Everything worked fine for a year, after i sold the car.

The other question is that obviously these brake discs not even from Mirage!?

US Market Mirage got larger front (and rear) brakes in 2017, not sure about the rest of the world.

Search the forum for 2017 brake upgrade, you'll probably find something.
    Simplify and add lightness.

I would certainly not change the type of calipers, etc, I would keep it as originally made!

Discs/rotors come from many makers. Cost is under €50.- a pair.
Here some part numbers for 17mm thick and 251mm diameter discs.
These are the same discs as in my 1.0L 2014 model. I'm sure you can find some cheap source near you.

    Sorry about that!

I thought all before 2017 had 251 diameter rotors, then 2017+ had quote "about an inch larger" diameter rotors.
Your size (229mm) would seem to be the third size!???

This would cause reason to update the index thread: Mirage brake history (factory revisions/changes)
