Nobody's going to be surprised by this, I hope...

Mitsubishi Mirage Overall verdict: 2/10
"Mitsubishi’s new bargain-basement supermini, and it’s truly, profoundly terrible. Please avoid."

Likes:
- not much, though they do manage to half-heartedly praise...
- it's well equipped
- good fuel economy
- low emissions mean road tax exemption

Dislikes:
- steering
- body roll
- lack of grip
- noise
- ride quality
- interior materials

Overall:

avoid at all costs"

I guess that's what you get from people who focus more on the top end of the car market. And they don't have to run a car on a small budget. A cheap small econo car is not going to be engineered for the same performance.

I appreciate TopGear's suggestions for other similar cars . . . none of which are at all available on this continent. I'm sure there are better small cars out there, but "there", not "here"!
