    That's a good question as I was thinking about this myself. I was wondering if the interior overhead light would be a suitable source? However, I don't think it is switched with the engine.

    It's not. Just run the wire to the switched + in the driver's A-pillar like I did for the home-link mirror DIY.

    Installed a Rexing V1P Gen3 dash cam today. The front was easy, but I wanted the rear camera to have a clean look. I removed the center headliner rivet and replaced it with one I epoxied to a small plate, then attached the rear camera to that. It turned out great. The camera is amazing too.

    For anyone wondering according to https://fuse-box.info/mitsubishi/mit...014-2018-fuses fuse #12 is the door locks, fuse #14 is the rear windshield wiper.
