Had my 2nd "problem" since purchasing my '04 last year. The passenger light stopped working. Turns out the bulb came out of the holder, probably when we hit one of our winter potholes that are everywhere in my town. Popped the cover off and put the bulb back in the holder - everything is fine now.

My only other problem occurred at delivery. My car has the Navigation unit and the Bluetooth mic would not work. Dealership ordered a new head unit and replaced it within a couple of days. Good service, but a bit of a concern that fixing something small - like a mic - requires the whole navigation unit be replaced. They thought the mic could be replaced separately like on other cars, but after talking to Mitsubishi, found out that the whole unit needs to be swapped out due to the design.

New unit has functioned fine since installed.

The only issue I've had so far was with the OBDII port. The dealership blamed me and my scangauge (labeled aftermarket device) for bending a pin, but I knew the port didn't work the day I bought the car. Needless to say, they repaired it under warranty and the scangauge works wonderfully now.

Mine has developed a small squeak at idle and only at idle, there's a slight rattle in the dash going over rough roads and one of the tpms sensors decided to stop working, but I did get custom wheels put on and had the tpms sensors transferred over so that could have something to do with it.. I haven't been to the dealership yet to have anything looked tho..
