    New dash pad

I guess I'm a creature of habit. Trying to find a Geo Metro without a cracked or seriously sunfaded dash is nearly impossible. So I normally try to go online and find a cheap yet durable dash cover for all my new cars. Recently I was able to find one for the Mirage DE off of eBay.

with cover, but without tape to hold it down

It's made really well, with nice edging and venting screens for the defroster openings.

It only came with one little strip of velcro tape, so once I buy some more I'll put it on permanently. For now it will just sit on the hood of my Geo!

Im not too worried about the dash, I use a sunvisor most of the time and if it fades I will just spruce it up with Bondo 800 Black Restore

It really works wonders on the outside trim (around the windows) looks like black shoe polish

I'm not that worried either, but I just like grabbing things that are specific to whatever I'm driving.

I would never install a dash like that myself, does it not get dusty very quick?

Probably stays cleaner than the floor carpet.

I find that a lint roller or vacuum sweeper attachment cleans them up quite nicely.
